Jay has proven to be a dedicated and industrious team leader. With Parmac for over 13 years, his sharp knowledge of call centre processes and ability to implement and effectively schedule marketing campaigns of all magnitudes are invaluable assets to the company. As Program Director, Jay is responsible for directing and effectively executing client programs in addition to managing our valued Customer Service Team. His skills and experience contribute to Parmac’s ability to operate with success and integrity. Jay works with all of our customers to develop effective programs that are proven to sell, develops the Customer/CSR training sessions and oversees the Quality Assurance and Daily reporting processes.
Val is an energetic and self motivated individual. Val has over 25 years experience in Marketing and Sales. As a key member of the Business Development Team, Val is responsible for redesigning and implementing Sales and Marketing B2B Strategies to optimize market potential and increase revenue and lead generation. Ultimately, Val’s role is to help our clients improve the results of qualifying their target markets, creating lead generation and increasing sales. Val is a natural communicator with a strong ability to develop business relationships.
