Requirements

  • Secondary school diploma
  • 1-2 years customer service experience is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • professional telephone manner
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills; competent in MS Office
  • Proficient in English- bilingual (English/French) preferred
  • Energetic and driven
  • strong organization skills
  • demonstrated ability to deal effectively with all levels of internal and external contacts
  • Available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
